 pidgin can't display and write bold text in IM or chat windows.

 Tested with 3 different Linux installations and with different protocols.

 Till pidgin 2.0.0 the system messages and the nick names was displayed in
 bold everywhere. Since 2.0.1 they doesn't and it's not possible to write
 bold or itallic text.
