 For some reason, Pidgin sets its privacy settings to 'Allow only users
 below' instead of 'Allow all users to contact me' and thus blocks every
 contact.I have not been able to find out what triggers this.It does not
 happen every time.
 I use ICQ and MSN and it seems to affect only ICQ contacts.
