Comment:

 (In [9c6851a63e0bbc1f138f02a0b71623ef2a1020b2]) Instead of sizing the
 docklet icon to the height available, size it to the minimum of the height
 or width. Fixes #1721 in which the icon may get cut off in vertically
 aligned panels
