 Pidgin is freshly installed, it crashes after startup without opening any
 window. Only a message box appears like:
 Program error
 pidgin.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
 You will need to restart the program.
 An error log is being created.
 Ok

 I can't locate where the log created, however standard log is attached.
 Windows reported version as:
 Microsoft Windows 2000 [Version 5.00.2195]
