 I haven't tracked down what causes it to stop being on top, but sometimes
 the buddy list will stop following the "keep buddy list window on top"
 setting in the Windows Pidgin Options. I'll have it set to always and it
 will work for a while and then later I'll notice that it's not on top
 anymore. When I figure out what kills it, I'll post it up here.
