 Try this it was a setup for another program that I tried and it cleared
 the error.
 Go to
 "C:\Program Files\Pidgin\pidgin.exe" or where you placed the program
 Right click on the "pidgin.exe"
 Select " run as..."
 Use "the following user"
 Select "Administrator"
 Fill in the "password"
 The click OK
 As far as this goes I have only tried this as "User with Administrator
 Rights"
