 I detected new defect

 If you open chat window with buddy currently offline, menu option Block
 cannot be selected. When cursor hover Block string, menu just not react.
 However, menu WILL react, if buddy is online.
 Offline buddy still can be blocked thought contact list window.

 Also, huh, already blocked buddy, even offline, can be unblocked any time.
 See problems only on offline buddys
