 In the official MSN client, when a user who has MSN mobile enabled goes
 offline he does not go into the offline user group. Instead the user is
 displayed in the mobile users group. Therefore when hiding offline users
 in the official MSN client, users who are availalbe via MSN mobile are
 still visible.

 In gaim, when a MSN user who has MSN mobile goes offline the status
 changes to offline, and a phone icon is displayed. When hiding offline
 users however this user disappears from the list. The desired
 functionality in pidgin would be for the contact to remain on the
 online/available list even when preferences are set to hide offline users.
 This functionality would not only closer resemble the functionality of the
 official MSN client, but would also make this functionality consistent
 with the way this is handled in pidgin with the AOL protocol.
