 When the global proxy setting differs from the account-specific proxy for
 yahoo, buddy icons are downloaded using the global setting rather than the
 yahoo-specific setting.

 It would be best, for protocols where multiple socket connections are
 needed (e.g. IM vs. chat vs. buddy icon, etc.) if it was possible to
 separately configure proxy settings for each connection.
