 Whenever a switchboard error occurs:

 And no reconnection to the SB is done so interacting with the SB is
 impossible.

 Further if an XFR command is received, then a reconnection occurs -
 without a SB reconnect. At this point, the account thinks that it's online
 while the rest of the world sees the particular account as offline.

 At this point the account must be manually disconnected then reconnected
 before chatting to others are possible.
