 I agree with you.  It would be very helpful to have the option for
 protocol icons.  I think it will help with adoption of less-tech savvy
 users... the people I am trying to get to use Pidgin at my workplace.
 Also, ability to send chat request to multiple people/entire groups would
 be superb.
