 If a buddy is "invisible", Pidgin insists on treating that buddy as
 "offline", and disallows "send file", even if the buddy is sending
 messages to you.

 A more reasonable behavior would be to allow the user to attempt a file
 transfer regardless, but if the buddy is actually offline, it should fail
 with a simple "User is not logged on".
