 Method:
 1. Select Accounts | Add/Edit
 2. Click Add

 Result: Window not completely displayed in 800x480.
 Note: AIM, ICQ, MSN, XMPP and Yahoo.

 The 800x480 resolution is starting to get really popular with the umpc
 form factor; it would be great if you guys would support this resolution.
