 When pidgin is already running and the icon launcher icon is clicked,
 pidgin should realize it's already running and simply open the buddy list.
 Reopening causes signoffs for certain messangers if autologin on launch is
 set up. I can't think of any good reason to have 2 instances of pidgin
 open anyway. To reproduce: log into ICQ, MSN, or any messanger that will
 only allow you to be logged in from one place. Set these accounts to login
 automatically when pidgin is launched. Now lauch another instance of
 pidgin im, your sessions are closed and you have two pidgins running.
