Comment:

 Two buddies on more than one protocol will show up twice, so you can Get
 Info on each of them individually, right? Also, Buddies -> Get Info has an
 Account field to select your protocol if more than one is available.

 If you have two contacts from different protocols grouped together, you
 can either right-click -> Expand to view each contact, and Get Info
 individually, or if the contact is collapsed, you can right-click and
 choose the alternate protocol. How would it be better to have a protocol
 dropdown in the Get Info dialog than in the menu?
