 I signed up for a new Windows Live ID a few days ago, using my gmail.com
 email address. Since using this Live ID I have not had a single problem
 signing in to MSN or sending messages.

 Compared to the original MSN hotmail.com passport, is there a different
 protocol or server to handshake with?
