 I'm using gaim/pidgin with jabber and OTR-encryption-plugin. i have the
 problem that every symbol like " arrives at my contact as "$quot;"... and
 there are tags appearing on his side (such as: "<font size="3"></font>")
 which i never did...

 So, it would be great to fix this, or to give the user the possibility to
 send messages in complete plain text by disabling html at all!
