 When Pidgin (and Gaim) opens a new message window in MS Windows, it is
 aligned with the top left corner of all the available displays in a multi-
 head setup. This is undesirable because if that particular monitor is not
 the primary display, then it may very well not be connected or switched
 on. In my case, the leftmost display is a television which is not powered
 unless I am watching a movie. The only way that a new message is indicated
 is by a new taskbar button, but clicking on it just minimises or restores
 it on the portion of the desktop that is not visible. The only way to
 bring the message into view is to power on that display and then drag the
 window to the primary display.

 Pidgin should by default open new windows to the PRIMARY display only, or
 else it should have the ability to remember the last window position and
 re-use that for new windows.
