 When getting a chat from another sametime user who is not in my buddy
 list, the name is displayed by their user id not their username e.g.

 {{{
 (15:17:10) uid=adf33101,ou=people,c=US,dc=abc,dc=com: Hi there
 (15:17:52) My Name: hello
 }}}

 Thus the only way to find out who they actually are is to try and add them
 as a new buddy with the uid which brings up their real name.
