 Hi,

 I didn't notice the transfer signals in /doc directory since I was looking
 for ft-signals.dox instead of xfer-signals.dox! Well that's my defence
 anyway. :)

 I am just trying to learn about libpurple and thought that the best way is
 to "just use it". And I am trying to at this point auto-decline file
 transfer.

 I am aware of reqeust_file and request_folder - but they are called within
 ft.c which means if I do not want to pop up a file/folder selection
 dialogue box for incoming file transfers, I cannot do so.
