 Pressing F2 or Right-Click+Alias causes aliases that contain an ampersign,
 single quote, double quote, left, right angle brace, etc.. to display
 their htmlspecialchars equivalents {{{&, ', ", <, >}}}
 etc.

 Then, when pressing enter, the {{{&}}} etc. is re-escaped to display
 in the buddy list.  Which, on pressing F2 again will display {{{&amp;,
 &apos;}}} etc...
