 Actually, yeah I did this yesterday just so I could compile {idgin and
 make sure nothing else was throwing errors. I was skeptical on leaving
 them out completely incase it broke something, but it compiled ok.

 I commented out sysctl.h and err.h completely, but for stdin.h I replaced
 it with inttypes.h since integer types are standardized here as well. Not
 sure if thats necessary, just removing stdin.h might work as well.

 So, yeah as long as nothing is broke that doesn't show up during compile
 time, it looks like that does the trick ;)
