 The Help -> About window can be resized vertically without problems. When
 increasing the size horizontally there is no problem either BUT decreasing
 it seems to get blocked after a few pixels.

 To reproduce : open op Help -> About -> Increase window size horizontally
 then try undoing it.

 Pidgin 2.0 beta 7
 WinXP SP2
 GTK version 2.10.6
