 Do you consider the dialog to import settings from older browsers (IE, old
 Mozilla) in Firefox to be confusing?

 The part of the user-base, who will not understand, are the ones, that
 didn't know about the '~/.gaim' in the first place. This group will ignore
 the dialog like they do license agreement dialogs. They are not likely to
 do anything about it. Especially if the action is just pressing (Ok).
