 This is not winpigin specific, BUT:

 The ":-/" doesn't work anymore because we added a section for AIM and AIM
 doesn't support ":-/", what you want to use is ":-\"

 Giving the user the impression that ":-/" also will produce a graphical
 smiley on the other end's client is not very useful I think, if you are
 too used to the ":-/" insted of ":-\", consider using the text replacement
 plugin?
