Comment:

 It sounds like it is trying to connect before your network connection
 comes back up.

 It really isn't going to be possible to do much unless you provide more
 detailed information.  If you keep the Debug Window (Help->Debug Window)
 open when you suspend, when you Resume, it should contain quite a bit of
 debug output.  Please capture that output and post it to this bug report.
