 The only possible firewall that could be causing an issue is windows
 firewall, which I have disabled.  This is a fresh install of Vista and no
 other firewalls have been installed.  This actually just started happening
 when I updated to Pidgin Beta 8.  Beta 7 worked fine.  I also attempted
 forwarding the OSCAR port on my router to my local ip address which did
 not result in anything being fixed.  Are there any other possibilities?
