 Turning this off for sim is *wrong*. SIM is broken and needs to be fixed
 anything that works around that in pidgin is wrong. And a J2ME client
 shouldn't be advertising xhtml support if they don't want the traffic
 overhead.
 So, I'm not convinced this is necessary at all.
