 Version is 2.0.0beta7
 I am behind a proxy, but I have tried hitting up the http redirect
 manually (ie
 http://www.pidgin.im/win32/download_redir.php?version=2.0.0.7&dl_pkg=lang_en
 ) and that works just fine.
