 The accelerator key ("t" for English "Proxy _type:") does not work in the
 accounts -> advanced dialog. Either we should remove the accelerator key
 (1) or we should make the accelerator key working (2).

 I would suggest (1) because the Proxy type accelerator key is the only one
 in the dialog.

 I attached two patches:

 (1) for alternative 1: proxy-type-accel-alt1.patch (preferred)
 (2) for alternative 2: proxy-type-accel-alt2.patch
