 A few weeks ago I helped hbons doing the theme by rewrite the themes file,
 fitting for the current generation of the official IM apps and added a few
 new sections. Since then I have been maintaining my own copy more or less
 and now have a few changes that should be put upstream.

 The patch...

 ... enables ">:P" in the main yahoo section and removes it in the hidden
 section below (was duplicated, it actually belongs in the main list)

 ... likewise, move the nailbiting emote up

 ... hide the hidden yahoo emotes (added "!")

 ... split hidden yahoo section into pre/post 6.0 for reference

 ... adds back hidden MSN emotes (now actually hidden)
