 Supposedly, there's currently no way to know when a new conversation
 window is created (say from a detach). This can hinder plugins that add
 stuff to the conversation window (namely hide conv in the plugin pack)
 from adding things to menus (like adding menu items to the Option menu)
 for a window that's created.

 One way to solve this might be adding a signal that gets sent out when a
 new window is created.
