 I know this is a new "feature" but for ease of use I liked the old Gaim
 style showing the online offline/busy with the service it was from.
 AIM/MSN ETC.  This made things much much easier.  Now I have to hover over
 the name to find out which service they are signed into.  While this
 doesn't matter much to the grand scheme of things, it makes my life
 easier.  With the nesting of names I have some people grouped into one
 contact.  Depending on the service is where they are (work or home) and
 that makes it so I know not to send things that aren't work safe to their
 work.  Even if it could be a plugin to give this functionality back I
 would much appreciate it.

 New Green button isn't a nice button.  If this is due to copyright issues.
 Easy solution. Make it so we can pick our own icons, and leave the default
 to what it is currently.
