 Currently local aliases can be set on a per account basis.  This makes
 changing one's local alias or defining an alias for the first time on a
 larger number of accounts slightly inconvenient.  The proposed enhancement
 would be to give the user an option to set a global local alias that would
 be the default alias for all accounts.
