 Not sure if this is in libpurple or in pidgin... it really only affects
 pidgin though.

 Does not seem to be a problem in MSN or XMPP (well Google Talk anyway).
 The problem was not in beta6 and earlier. Don't know about beta7.

 This is practically a pointless bug with the exception that it makes
 Psychic Mode useless. Which is a shame. It's such a fun plugin.
