 Clicking the picture toolbar button should ask the user to direct connect.
 Presently, I can insert a picture and press send, and only afterwards does
 it tell me that I first must connect. Then I have to navigate menus to get
 to direct connect. Why not do it all in one go by having a dialog that
 says "You must direct connect to send images to others. Would you like to
 direct connect?" This is much like the direct connect functionality in AIM
 5.x.
