 here is the error I get in the debug window:

 winpidgin: Error opening URI:
 C:\DOCUME~1\SEBAST~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\purplea03504.html error: 31

 also error bar shows up:

 this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
 action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

 I can go to Control Panel -> Folder Options however after that I don't
 know what file extension to associate with web browser ... can anyone
 help, thanks in advance
