 Pidgin continues to improperly reorder protocols under my contacts.
 Specifically, I have multiple contacts with both Yahoo and GTalk IDs, for
 which I've manually placed the Yahoo IDs first.  Whenever those users are
 connected to both services and "active" on them, the Yahoo ID is use by
 default as it should be.

 However, whenever those contacts go "idle/away", for some reason GTalk is
 bumped ahead of Yahoo.  The contact is equally idle on both services, as
 the tooltip also clearly shows.  (The contact also happens to be using
 Pidgin, and was on Gaim before that, so they're only in one state.)

 I really need my chosen order to be maintained as long as the contact is
 actually online for the service in question.
