 I have Windows XP SP2 32bit with Russian/Russia in Regional settings.
 But all messages in Russian sent to me while I was offline come with
 broken coding like this:
 (8:32:00) R.V.Winkle: ?@>2:@:0
 And there's no another way to restore message coding.
 Please help!
