 When you move a chat window on top of Buddy List window and then hover the
 mouse over a link in the chat window, the appearance of the link's tooltip
 causes the Buddy List to rise and overlay the chat window.  The focus
 doesn't change, just the z layer order.  I'm using Windows XP with Pidgin
 2.0 final.
