 Another issue for the same ticket:
 If the "Switchboard with unassigned conversation" it occours, and after
 time I start one msn chat with the same person (and others) that
 "Switchboard with unassigned conversation" it is  fired, one single IM
 windows appairs in a hother tab with the past conversation with the
 "Switchboard with unassigned conversation" error.
