 The attached gives the Perl API access to all of the functions of
 SavedStatuses.h.  It compiles and has not yet broken anything for me, but
 that is about the best I can say right now.  At the very least
 purple_savedstatuses_activate should be included sometime soon so that the
 saved status functionality is usable.
