 1)How does one go about using an auto-reply? i set my auto-reply to "when
 away", yet it does not work.

 2)When i click on "new..." to create an away message it automatically
 saves it, how do i delete the away message when it does not show up under
 the "saved" away messages box?

 3)I have the box that says "sign on with previous status (something
 similar to that)" unchecked and i have the next line to say sign on with
 "available", yet everytime i sign on, i am automatically away. How come?
 and how can i fix it?
