 I've had receive-only transfers working in a private tree for a few months
 now (and in light of the lawsuit I now understand why my patches were
 ignored). Sending files with the old protocol still works.

 Since the new file transfer requires a protocol version change (otherwise
 you're told "this contact uses an older version of Yahoo Messenger"), I
 see this implementation as a two-step process:
  1. Bump Yahoo protocol version to 0x000f, and fix the resulting mayhem
 (notably, buddy list operations no longer work).
  2. Add the desired file transfer functionality.

 I'll submit patches as soon as I get a chance to clean them up. Any
 suggestion on what else I need to do is welcome :)
