 The user should be able to decide after how many minutes his accounts
 become idle. Just now, there is a `#define IDLEMARK 600' in idle.c, so
 users can change this only at compile time. Ten minutes don’t suit every
 user. Another option would be to become idle whenever a user is
 automatically away, reporting the correct idle time.
