 I am using pidgin 2.0 release mainly with meanwhile. message notification
 is intermittent. I have configured message notification plugin for that
 purpose. One scenario I saw hard on issue is when I receive first message
 on new tab, it does not notify by changing number or (*). this time the
 window was minimized. on getting subsequent message on the same tab
 notifies correctly. computer was not touched between 1st and 2nd message
 receive. In work environment correct notification is must
