#865: Pidgin can't receive files using Yahoo file transfer

Pidgin can send files using Yahoo messenger file transfer, but can't
receive. It seems that Yahoo checks out the client at the other end and
doesn't allow sending - the button is disabled.

Is this bug caused by a change in the protocol, that Pidgin has not yet
implemented, or (as is more likely, I think :) ), the official client
sends some sort of identification, which Pidgin doesn't send?

Couldn't Pidgin ''spoof'' the YM! user agent? Or do the Yahoo terms of
 service prohibit this?

Very, very, important, and very useful, considering YM! allows sending
 files up to '''1GB''' now.

I think affects all libpurple based clients, but I'm not sure how to tag
the bug. I'll leave it just for Pidgin.
