 I find myself constantly needing to expand the text entry part of the
 conversation window to accommodate more than one line (I use big fonts).
 It would be useful to be able to set a default size, either by percentage
 of window height or an absolute size.  Maybe merge it into ExtPlacement
 plugin.

 This is for the windows version; I don't know if this is an issue for the
 linux version.
