Comment:

 An Offline Buddies group is, obviously, not a group at all, but a weird
 'psuedo-group.' It can be potentially confusing. How do you move offline
 buddies from one group to another? Delete them? If you have a buddy in
 multiple groups, how does it show up when it's offline? Not to mention you
 lose the whole usefulness of groups.
