 I would like to see that when someone drags a file over to IM, it would
 automatically take the precautions to send that file to whatever protocol
 its trying to use.

 For AIM, it would automatically attempt to direct connect with the person,
 and then que the picture to send once the direct connection is
 established. If no direct connection is established after X seconds, it
 would then prompt to send the file via normal send file.
